Aranda is done and I think even he knows it too...
I really really pray and hope we do not lose Jay Hill... but if we do, I hope and pray we can land Aranda as our DC. However now that I think of it, I'm almost 100% positive if we lose Jay Hill, Justin Ena will be named the DC and I'm confident we can retain the entire staff and would only need to replace Hill.
