Succeeded at Baylor, but moved on to bigger programs when they came calling.
How does Baylor become a destination for good coaches and not a stepping stone? How do you keep a clean program and succeed (reference to Art Briles from the past)?
Baylor is like BYU, except I think BYU has a brand that has been well maintained for 45ish years. Aside from a blip with Crowton, BYU really hasn't had any prolonged low periods.
