There's was no paper involved in BYU's trouncing of KSU or wins @ SMU & Baylor

Sort of the opposite of a paper tiger. No extrapolation needed. If anything, BYU has show that they were indeed NOT a paper tiger, but underrated and a real threat.

Now, Utah and Oklahoma State - those are paper tigers. They were both highly ranked to start the season and deemed the Big 12 frontrunners...but both have shown that they didn't deserve their high rankings.
