He brought in Jay Hill and he changed the OLine coach. Kalani changed the culture around the team over the last year and that doesn't just come from Jay Hill. 

Don't get me wrong, Kalani has some things I don't love, but this is his team, not Hill's. Any shine that comes from Hill and his amazing defense is part of a vastly improved BYU team that at least in part belongs to Kalani as it's coach. 

The team culture is a tight one.
