That Matthew Stafford was 16-16 on getting first downs on QB sneaks in his career.
QB sneak is extremely easy to do and convert. It's universally successful for all teams and all qb's. There is no magic formula. Philly is simply doing the smart thing and everyone else is underutilizing the sneak.

Tom Brady? Extremely successful on sneaks.
