CB rule: if it is 3rd or 4th down and 3 yards or less, run 100% of the time

Do that and eventually you will get stopped almost 100% of the time.

Most teams don’t, though. Why? Most teams don’t have Hurts, but Brady and Hurts are very different, so it’s not just QB.
