We just have a Teams channel, and if anyone gets stuck they’ll start a meeting there. The rest of us get notified and
it’s like a bat signal for “if anyone’s got a few minutes I need help”
A permanently open meeting sounds kinda weird. Plus this way it’s easy to go back and see the recording or the discussion with the purpose in the meeting title.
