Most Execs should just say it out loud, but won't.

They need the ability to control things more and that's why they don't like WFH. It's that simple. Don't overstate it, understate it....just say that's what it is. People aren't stupid and don't patronize them as to the reasons why you don't want them WFH. It's about control, not productivity.
