People who like to WFH are simply making a bad argument. Most of the people I see try to say how much better it
makes their life with almost no focus on how it helps the business other than some ambiguous "I'm just as productive" even though most of our jobs aren't just about "productivity" but results of the company. Almost no energy is made to actually prove that there are better results for the company. If it results in worse outcomes I promise you that the company doesn't care if it's nicer for you. And I see a lot of own goals, "yes I'm working less but I'm still great!". Unfortunately there are many amazing people at working from home, but a majority of the ones posting online I suspect aren't those considering the content.
