Large corporate employers moved everyone into open office seating with hoteling
and apparently it’s a shock that people think they are often more productive at home with their own quiet home office and personalized set up.
Idk if this is as much a pro-WFH post as it is a “finally something came along to push the open office movement in a different direction” post.

People hated the cubical space, and I get it... but the second that people's privacy space was taken away...
