I've worked both. I'm not good at not being distracted. Yes, I got my work
done, but now in an in-office job, I tend to do more extra work than I would have done working at home.
I would tend to do my work over the day and not concentrate it over specific hours. I loved that flexibility and if offered, I'm there, but if it was for me to make policy, based on my experience I'd be reluctant to have work from home.
