On social media or setting up your fantasy football team while you're supposed to be working? This is also done in offices all the time.
Running errands? I used to do that on my lunch break all the time as well. It takes 13 mins to get fast food, so I would grab shoelaces or a notebook for my daughter or whatever.
Now, I will admit I don't think people are washing the dishes at in person offices while being on calls. So I guess they have a point there.
