I'm in sales. I spent 7 years going into an office everyday. The last 4 have
been WFH. I've performed better the last four years than any of the previous 7. Now, there are other factors that can be impacting that. But the last few years have also been a much harder selling environment in tech than the previous 7.
I see zero benefit going into an office in terms of higher productivity or results.
