IIRC, when negotiating a media deal, the PAC was given an offer that wasn't too

far from the Big 12's deal. However, they turned it down because they (or at least one person) thought/strongly suggested they were worth $50 million per team. The rumor is the person who advised they turn down the offer because the PAC was worth $50 million per team was the Utah admin.
