The trend does seem to be downward for sure. Maybe less fear of people losing
a years worth of crops due to weather, less house fires destroying everything, and less people believing that the second coming will be in their lifetimes? Just a theory.

Used to be a year but they realized there are some unrealistic aspects of that so believe the last one was 3 mos.

It's been 12 months for a long time, back even in the 70s. More recently it has been 72 hrs as a minimum.
