Can only speak from my experience as well

But all of the Pokes fans I interacted with were very kind. Salty, yes, but kind. And I differentiate that from fake nice that I've experienced elsewhere. Helped my kid (who was having a crappy day) have a cool experience. The winning part helped, to be sure.
