Vulgar can’t be defined.
I’ve been to 6 NFL stadiums and 15 or so college stadiums including BYU, Utah, and USU. BYU has the least profanity, but they aren’t any nicer to their rival fans than anyone else.
I’m sure the language I heard in Tampa or Pittsburgh or Baltimore or San Fran would be considered vulgar to everyone on this board. It’s nice you can take your kid to a game in Provo and they won’t hear the “sh” word, but everywhere else they will. Ravens fans in Pittsburgh also expect to be yelled at.
