The full access now to medical records/results prior to actually speaking with
your physician who ordered the tests leads to this stuff/confusion all the time.
Chances are the radiologists didn’t make a mistake and it’s something that’s 3 min conversation with your doc will help explain. So I wouldn’t stress about it for now
