Virginia Ute All-American

Typos are present all the time in radiology reports. They use a lot of auto text, and their dictations sometimes don't pick up correctly. Full on errors are less common.

It's their legal (and moral) obligation to inform patients about urgent, "critical finds" like that.

If a radiologist finds a "critical find," then they have to get ahold of either the patient or ordering doc.
