Mine is the auto-recharging battery, not the plug-in hybrid. I can see myself getting a full electric sometime in the future, but the infrastructure isn't where I'd need it to be yet. The main reason I'm interested in electric is to get rid of all the headaches of a combustion engine... oil changes, etc. But I don't want to exchange it for a different set of headaches (trying to find a free charger if I need a boost on the road, etc.)

To me, the hybrid is a great way to go. Gets much better gas mileage, and I don't have to worry about plugging it in.
