From April 11 - April 15th (day before KY announcement), there were FIFTEEN THOUSAND men's hoops posts in 5 days. 5 months worth of posts in 5 days. The (basketball) sky had fallen.

Can't really credit Kevin Young for increased BYU fan interaction and discussion of basketball from before he was hired.  Clearly there is some other factor that was driving higher-than-historical levels of interest, even before he arrived

There's no question that Kevin Young has since lit a fire and driven (even more) increased interest, but it also clearly not ALL due to his actions.
