my brother worked for costa vida in pleasant grove when he was in high school.
The employees would get the cash tips, but CC tips they did not get.
I worked at wallaby's while in high school. The owner would take 10% of the tips but the rest would be distributed to the employees. It actually makes sense to me that the 10% would be kept for himself because the owner would be there and the manager (owners son) would be working harder than anyone.
