I just looked at fbschedules.com and if the schedules for ORSt and Wazzu are
correct, then I kind of doubt it. OrSt has a game scheduled for the first 5 weeks of the season next year. Wazzu has weeks 1-3 and week 5 scheduled. BYU has SUU scheduled for week 2 and ECU for week 4.
I'm sure that these teams are always trying to move games around, but there would be a lot of moving around just to get 1 of those 2 teams scheduled. I'd bet they're looking at other teams before those 2.
