Are you really that disposable?

I could 100% tell my manager I have better things to do with my time than discuss their feedback. I don't fill out any of their annual goal things. I STILL get excellent ranks and good raises. I want to come to work, do a good job, and move on with my life. There is a zero percent chance they would show me the door for that.
