Feedback should come in the form of a raise or lack thereof.
Often times an employee gets praised but it isn't reflected in a raise or bonus, so who cares?
If you don't get a raise, that should tell you all you need to know about what your company thinks of you. Then you decide if you're willing to live with it or move on.
