Is there a massive difference between B12 bowl arrangements for a 9-3 team and 7-5 team? Perhaps my mind is still in the
Independence era where going bowling is the goal and it actually doesn't matter much if BYU were 9-3 or 7-5.

Because there is almost zero difference between 3rd place and 7th place... but beating Utah... is still beating Utah
