4 Downs isn't very many. 4 comes up very quickly right after 3. If a team is

Superhuman, maybe they can always get it done in n 3. Otherwise, it's just going to happen. The team must run some play with the downs set at 4. If they fail to convert that multiple times AND they lose the battle of field position, then I'd be worried. If they convert and/or win the field position battle, then don't worry.
