It was too loose and it felt like a jet engine blasting me in the face or it would be too tight and I would wake up with horrible headaches from my brain being squeezed all night.

I know I should wear it but I sleep worse with it.

My wife could never get used to it after many different trials. Her insomnia started when she was about 28.
