I tried a CPAP maybe eight years ago but failed the ninety night test
I would either stare at the ceiling for four hours then take it off so I could sleep or I’d take it off in my sleep.
My doc prescribed one for me earlier this year and I wouldn’t go get it. No point in throwing away $1000 on something I won’t use.
