My compost consists of Leaves, Grass Clippings, UNCOOKED Fruit and vegetable scraps, eggshells, various pieces of wood ( twigs, branches, weeds, etc. ).

I never put food waste into compost because from everything I've read it makes compost unusable and attracts things I don't want to be near my house. There are compost specific methods to compost food waste.

Here's a system that I've looked into and seems alright in case you're interested. I've also previously found instructions online where people have made their own Bokashi compost bucket for cheap.
