With no more divisions and mega conferences, conference schedules are NOT balanced at all anymore as far as Strength of Schedule.

Should the Conference Schedule be developed each year to try to balance Strength of Schedule THAT YEAR, or should the conference schedule be "SOS Agnostic" and just try to have everyone play everyone the same amount over a 5 year or 8 year period?
