I have a great appreciation for quality Principles and Assistant Principles. I have really seen/sensed a difference from her when she feels like she has "partners" who listen and are helpful vs. those who are just checking boxes for what ever "mandate" is being "imposed."

They are tough jobs. They require a lot of time and effort. You all need our support because our kids need your support.
