Hillstead isn't the answer. Retzlaff is not a D1 level QB1. ARod has not
Recruited the position very well. There are some explanations, ie Conover miss, but overall the recruiting at that position has been subpar.
He may subscribe to the philosophy that it doesn't matter as adequate portal QBs will always be available.
