The danger is Retzlaff may very likely transfer this December.
There's always the possibility he'd transfer even if he started all 12 games but the odds are higher if he's sitting on the bench. That just puts us back in the same spot next year of needing another "quick fix" transfer portal QB.
Hillstead ain't the answer. Sorry not sorry.
We need to end this vicious cycle & get some continuity & build for the future. If it's truly "neck & neck" you go with Retzlaff.
