Any cyclists who do Provo canyon regularly? I normally stick to the trail, but am considering going out on to the road

for the section between upper bridal veil falls and Vivian Park. It’s less than a mile, is there enough shoulder there to feel safe?

Drivers hit each other coming around those turns fairly frequently. Don't do it.

Riding down the trail scares me more than riding down the highway. I will ride up the trail because you can't do it fast

Is there shoulder on Palomar? I grew up going there a lot for scout stuff and seem to remember it being very curvy
