How many college football teams did you see last year that were penalized for "illegal touching" and lining up receivers/TE's incorrectly?

I watch a ton of college football as do many of you - I can only remember seeing this penalty occur against BYU. If it only happened once, I can sort of get that, though even once is probably unacceptable (I have never seen a HS football team called for this ever), but BYU was called for this same penalty multiple times.

One more example of running fast and loose with little attention to detail or discipline. These things add up and result in ongoing mediocrity.

It is not just really bad media responses - it is all of these other things that occur that make even a casual fan shake their head. They are all evidence of a lack of detail, discipline, and process. Tough to be anything more than mediocre with all that going on.
