Kalani answers football, strategy, scheme questions with generalities and "look

at film" answers because he doesn't KNOW the answer, and he doesn't know HOW to answer a pointed question. The man is clueless and has virtually no football intellect. And he never will. He isn't built to learn from mistakes. Simply put - the man is in waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay over his head in the mental and management portion of his title.
