I agree!

We are talking about a man's employment.
Also making it hard to for him concentrate on coaching when people are putting added pressure through media.
Let's see how the year goes. If he is a bust, I'm sure the Tom will have the pressure to move on. Let's talk about it when the season is over instead of during the season.
