I couldn't find exact numbers for Moore, but most NFL OCs make ~$1m a year. So assuming Moore makes about that and that he would make at least as much as KY if hired, that's about a $3m a year increase. And he'd almost certainly make more considering that's how it usually goes with football vs basketball HCs (and it's rumored that even Sitake makes more than KY).

Not saying Moore would definitely take the job, but he's not going to slam the door just because he didn't go to school here.
