Where I live is arguably one of the fastest growing areas of the US. And has some of the best jobs in just about every

field there is. And there are plenty of affordable places to live within 30 minutes of downtown.

Sometimes affordable housing is a problem. Often the problem is an unwillingness to move to a place where housing is affordable because the umbilical cord never got cut.
