Sure, I could probably find some tiny, run down shanty in a crappy part of town - but the point remains that I bought a house with a .14 acre lot and 1900 square feet for $190k 15 years ago. Now in the same area you can buy a 1500 square foot townhome on a .03 acre lot for $420k.

I guess someone could buy this beauty in Ogden for $260k (hint: It was only worth about $70k 9 years ago)
