Alan Schaefer Intervention Needed
I hear ya. I spend what feels like 10k on Costco Premier Protein shakes
(chocolate is the only flavor I like).

It’s my goto snack. And I make a big time protein shake after every lift day. And I Sous Vide tons of my own chicken breasts every week.

Still don’t come close as far as meeting that daily goal, for each day of the week. Somedays I get close. But I seeisouly don’t think I’ve ever done 225. (I know it sound unreal)
