Eventually we had to upload her drivers license to prove it was her.

THey then gave us access, but the hacker had turned on MFA, so we could not reset the pasword. We had to got through the process all over agian. It took about 3 weeks.... but we finally got it back.

To avaoid this type of thing from happening, turn on MFA.
