and password recovery options and then started spamming posts with links to different crypto get-rich-quick scams. Facebook is completely unresponsive. Just every day somebody is posting scams in her name and using her picture and she can’t stop it.

I haven’t been able to talk with her about how it happened yet- she clicked on a bad link somewhere and got hacked.
