I just talked with B of A yesterday about this and they suggested LLC / separate
holding company and that company would guarantee the loan. (assuming I put down at least 15%)
Maybe I misunderstood them - I've not bought a commercial property before and am just starting the process - but my understanding was that the LLC would buy it.
