Real estate investment question - my wife and I are under contract to buy our
first rental unit (a 4-plex in Orem) and were wondering what the standard is for having a legal entity own it (should we start an LLC?). Also having a business banking account to have everything go through to make it easier for taxes and write offs and all that.
