I've helped plan many High Adventure trips and good food is always a big part of the planning. This year, we're doing a backpacking trip so food options will be much more limited. I think I've decided that it's probably best to have each person bring their own food. I'll provide them with different examples of dehydrated food they can take and we'll bring several jet boils. We'll have about 30 people total.
Anybody else have some ideas for backpacking food for large groups other than just individuals taking their own?
