Basically he includes championships if the school claims them
For example, UCF claims their national title so they aren't listed.
Oklahoma St was retroactively awarded a national championship for 1945. But not until years later and despite finishing #5 in the AP Poll. But they claim it so BGB counts it.
If Utah, as a program claimed the 2008 one (the way UCF claims theirs) then they wouldn't be on this list. I don't think they should be on the list...but definitely don't think think it should be based on whether a school says they won or not
