Key takeaways- 10pm-2am is key. Shutdown eating 2-3 hrs before sleep.
Cortisol and stress removal happens in the last sleep cycles and are lost in 6 hrs or less of sleep.

Screens before bed do not have impact on sleep. But dopamine activities on screens do.
