This is 1 reason why I think he stays until a P4 comes along.
NIL is a complete game changer for a coaching staff to manage. You have to recruit High School, Transfer portal, and your current team each year 24/7/365. Deal with the Collectives, agents, parents, and Universities.
We all know recruiting wins games/championships. A good P4 program or at least one that wants to be good, will pull from a current P4 coach who is demonstrating this ability.
